Villa Zarpe

Villa Zarpe, is a luxury four-bedroom, four bath villa with an infinity-edge swimming pool complete with hot tub suspended in the air and unparalleled stunning views. “Zarpe” is a Costa Rican term that translates into “just one more” and reflects the laid-back, festive atmosphere of the villa, the region, and Costa Rica in general.

The villa is beautifully furnished with two master suites and two oversized bedrooms with 2 full beds each. The living room has a large LCD TV, DVD player, indoor/outdoor sound system, ipod docking station, and comfortable luxury furnishings.

Upstairs has a media/movie room, and a small office with modern conveniences. The villa has WiFi, Ethernet, and blue tooth throughout. The kitchen is furnished with commercial Viking appliances.

One of the more unique features of the villa is that the home can be completely opened for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle like no other! For those wanting to engage in some friendly competition, the detached garage has a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, wet bar, full bathroom, and queen sized pull out sofa.

Additionally, there is an industrial ice machine for coolers, and a flake ice machine by the pool for the perfect textured drink. The villa also has a state of the art water filtration system to include reverse osmosis, that produces commercial quality drinking water.

Enjoy meals on the outdoor deck and take in the breath-taking views!

All Inclusive?	No. Your rate includes daily maid service and breakfast. If requested in advance, a chef can be arranged (for an additional fee for chef, plus groceries).

Oh my—We have just returned from the vacation of a lifetime. We were treated like Kings and Queens by the staff at the villa and Doug and Carlos. We drank pina colata at 10:00 in the morning and decided that we didn’t want to drive all over Costa Rica when we had a view like the one at Villa Allamanda. We really want to stress how much we like Noel, Demaris and Lillete (I’m sure that I didn’t spell the names correctly) but because of them our trip was perfect.
