Villa Paraiso

Villa Paraiso, or “Paradise Villa” is a gorgeous five-bedroom, five and a half bath private villa with an infinity-edge swimming pool, complete with built in chaise lounge chairs and a swim up bar and wonderful ocean views.

The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have a king bed each (the entire second level is the master bedroom, complete with a hot tub that overlooks the ocean), one bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has a daybed with a trundle.

Special features of this 9,000 square foot villa include a 12-person movie theater with stadium seating and high definition Blue Ray technology, a stone wine cellar, as well as both indoor and outdoor kitchens.

Villa Paraiso rents as non-inclusive with daily maid service. With advance notice (and additional fees) we can arrange for a chef to come to the villa.

*Holiday minimum stay is 7 nights.

Oh my—We have just returned from the vacation of a lifetime. We were treated like Kings and Queens by the staff at the villa and Doug and Carlos. We drank pina colata at 10:00 in the morning and decided that we didn’t want to drive all over Costa Rica when we had a view like the one at Villa Allamanda. We really want to stress how much we like Noel, Demaris and Lillete (I’m sure that I didn’t spell the names correctly) but because of them our trip was perfect. We think that Ocotal is paradise and we loved every minute of our vacation. We will be planning our next on soon.Thank you for everything.
