Villa Pachanga is our only villa not located in Playa Ocotal. Villa Pachanga is a spectacular villa located in Sardinal, in the resort community of Lomas del Mar, 30-mintues from Playa Ocotal. The villa also rents as all-inclusive and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, three have queen beds and there is also a queen pullout sofa. The villa has an infinity-edge swimming pool and boasts world class views of Papagayo and Coco Bay. The living room has a plasma TV and an indoor/outdoor sound system. Playa Matapalo is a quick 5-minute drive away. Villa Pachanga has a four-person, five- night minimum and rents as all-inclusive (3 meals a day, a full open bar and a staff consisting of a cook, maid and houseboy come in each day to care for you).
